2025 Pride+ Regional Leadership Summit: Fabric del Futuro

We are excited to announce the third annual ALPFA Pride+ Latinx LGBTQ+ Leadership Summit on Monday, December 15, 2025, hosted by Morgan Stanley in New York City by ALPFA New York! All ALPFA members from across the country are invited to attend this year’s Pride+ Leadership Summit.

ALPFA Pride+ sits at the intersection of multiple identities. Each year, our Leadership Summit builds on that foundation with a theme that challenges us to reimagine how we lead. This year, our theme is Fabric del Futuro. It draws on the cultural patchwork of the global Latine diaspora – weaving threads from our many countries, languages, and histories – and connects it to the “fabrics” of the professional future. AI, data, bioengineering, climate strategy, and capital markets are not just buzzwords; they are the fabrics of leadership that will define tomorrow’s corporate world. Our role as Latine LGBTQ+ leaders is to stay kinetic – moving with intention – and to weave our own design using the threads of our intersectional identities.

This summit is about equipping you with the future-forward skills and perspectives that will set us apart:

Over 70% of the Leadership Summit will be spent in small group workshops and collaborative discussions, ensuring every participant engages deeply with both content and community.

By the end of the day, our design guarantees that every attendee will have connected with every other attendee. Together, across the global Latine diaspora, we’re not only part of the pattern. We’re designing the fabric of what comes next.
