Elon Musk’s Trans Daughter Just Gave A Scorching Interview—And She Did Not Hold Back

Elon Musk

Vivian Jenna Wilson sat down for a no-holds-barred interview, making it clear she wants nothing to do with her famous father.

Vivian Jenna Wilson, daughter of billionaire Elon Musk, just made one thing abundantly clear: she has absolutely no interest in sugarcoating the truth. In a sprawling, unfiltered interview with Teen Vogue, the 20-year-old opened up about everything from her estrangement from her father to her life post-coming out. And the self-proclaimed “Queen of Threads” did not mince words.

Wilson, who publicly changed her name in 2022 and declared that she no longer wanted to be related to her father “in any way, shape, or form,” has been vocal about her disdain for Musk’s behavior. And if anyone thought she might hold back in this interview, they were sorely mistaken.

‘I don’t actually know how many siblings I have’

If there’s one thing Musk is known for beyond his controversial tweets and business ventures, it’s his ever-growing brood of children. But even Wilson herself has lost count.

“I do not actually know how many siblings I have, if you include half-siblings,” she told Teen Vogue. “That’s just a fun fact. It’s really good for two truths and a lie. I found out about the Shivon Zilis thing the same time everyone else did. I had no idea before that.”

Zilis, an executive at Musk’s Neuralink, reportedly had twins with him in 2021. Musk has fathered at least 14 children with multiple women, but Wilson made it clear she’s not keeping track.

‘I ratioed Mark Zuckerberg’

Despite her famous last name, Wilson insists she’s more well-known for her internet presence than her billionaire father.

“I’m famous for my lore,” she said, adding that her brand is built on her witty and sometimes scathing social media posts. “I don’t know, I’m just writing my little Threads and my little Bluesky [posts], and sometimes I make little videos, and then they sometimes get views. I ratioed Mark Zuckerberg, though. That was the one time I felt like, I am the f**king queen!”

Wilson has fully embraced her title as the self-proclaimed “Queen of Threads,” and while her father continues to stir controversy on X, she’s busy elsewhere.

‘I don’t give a f**k about him’

If there was any lingering doubt about how Wilson feels about her father, she erased it in one blunt sentence: “I don’t give a f**k about him.”

Musk has publicly lamented his daughter’s estrangement, at one point blaming “the woke mind virus” for their fractured relationship. But Wilson, who has been financially independent from him since she came out as trans in 2020, made it clear she has no intention of rekindling any familial ties.

She also had some choice words about Musk’s recent controversies, particularly the widely criticized moment when he appeared to make a Nazi salute at a Trump event. “The Nazi salute sh** was insane,” she said. “Honey, we’re going to call a fig a fig, and we’re going to call a Nazi salute what it was. That sh** was definitely a Nazi salute. The crowd is equally to blame, and I feel like people are not talking about that. That crowd should be denounced.”

‘Being trans is not a choice’

Beyond the Musk family drama, Wilson also spoke candidly about the challenges of being trans in today’s political climate.

“I don’t feel like people realize that being trans is not a choice,” she said. She brought up the importance of protecting trans youth, especially as anti-trans rhetoric and legislation continue to escalate.

With potential plans to go into modeling or Twitch streaming, Wilson is carving out a future that has nothing to do with her father—and everything to do with the voice she’s built for herself. Still, we don’t envy her needing to escape Elon Musk’s long shadow.
