Last year at this time, there were no women candidates left in the 2020 presidential race. This year, we have Kamala Harris as our Vice President.

While the bill is expected to pass in the House, which is controlled by the Democrats, it will likely face more hurdles in the Senate, where Democrats maintain a slim majority.
