Yoga for Activists with @3merians returns for monthly classes in 2023! The first class of the year is Monday, January 9th at 7pm—then the first Monday of every month at 7pm thereafter!

🌫 Come build strength, resilience, and community through an activism focused yoga practice. The class is open to all levels, body types, physical identities and expressions. Modifications will be made available, including chair options.

🌫 Three Merians (she/her) is an attorney, activist, and yogi originally from Woodstock, New York, and currently based in Brooklyn. She identifies as a queer Hispanic Jew. Three brings her background in organizing, psychology, gender studies, and front line activism to her yoga and meditation practices and teaching.
