In their second collaborative collection, creators Paolo & Tilly abide by their dual constraints – each PVR Manifesto contains 12 garments that hit all the points of an ideal wardrobe – and each Tillium garment transforms and contains multitudes of silhouettes.

The web as we know it is getting ever more twisted, and it seems like we’re all taking some giant uneasy breaths in solidarity as we are inundated with the megalomania of the moment.
