Performances by:

eevie echoes got her start by playing at open mics around Brooklyn and she’s known for her trademark brand of sarcastic pessimism and her space buns. Her music combines her love of early 2000’s pop, emo, grunge and ska to create her own brand of queer punk.

Talon is a queer pop-rock band based in Brooklyn NY. The band is made up of lead singer and guitarist MK Charron, lead guitarist Mara Stolzenbach, bassist Zena Spratley, and drummer Lauren Kleiman. What began as songwriting sessions between MK and Mara grew into a fully formed rock project when the two met Zena and Lauren in 2022. As a 4-piece, the band shares strong musical ties to No Doubt, Soccer Mommy, and Her’s— blending catchy pop melodies with danceable yet deep indie rock grooves.

Shalom grew up in South Africa where she started expressing her creativity through writing at a young age. Her most prized possession during her childhood was a small boombox gifted to her, that catalyzed her love for the art of music. To Shalom, music is a safe space; a source of stability that she depended on to get her through all the hardships of adolescence. After moving to New Jersey to attend Rutgers University, music became an even more tangible force as Shalom moved from listening to songs on her bedroom stereo, to being in the middle of the alternative house show scene in New Brunswick. This is where life truly began as Shalom became a music manager for local bands, booked and hosted shows for three years, learned bass, played in a band, and met people who challenged and changed her for the better.
