Out of the Claus-et: A Live Interview with Sandy Claus – Santa’s Older, Gayer, Drunker Sister

December 17, 2025 @ 7:00 pm - 8:30 pm EST

$25

New York, NY — This holiday season, Mary O’s Irish Pub welcomes a bold new twist on North Pole lore with   Sandy Claus in Out of the Claus-et:  A live interview with Santa’s Older, Gayer, Drunker Sister, a sharp, fast-paced comedic performance created by and starring award-winning comedian Kristen Becker alongside actress Marissa Miller as hard-hitting journalist America Furst.

The show introduces audiences to Sandy Claus, the outspoken and long-overlooked sibling of Santa himself. Equal parts hilarious, brash, and unexpectedly heartfelt, Sandy steps into the spotlight to reveal the untold stories, family tensions, and holiday secrets that never make it into the Christmas specials. Opposite Sandy  is America Furst, an investigative journalist determined to dig into the truth behind Sandy’s version of events. As America presses for answers, Sandy—armed with wit, charm, and at least one seasonal cocktail—leads the audience through a whirlwind of North Pole controversies, from elf labor disputes to reindeer drama to what really goes on behind Santa’s iconic image.

SANDY CLAUS blends stand-up, character work, and rapid-fire satire, offering an irreverent and distinctly queer take on holiday folklore. The chemistry between Becker’s unfiltered Sandy and Miller’s relentless America Furst drives a show that’s as smart as it is delightfully off-kilter.The result is a fresh and comedic holiday experience perfect for audiences seeking festive entertainment with bite, heart, and a little irreverence
