@ City Hall Park. Hosted by the civil rights group Muslims Are Welcome Here, this important event is designed to help counteract the wave of Islamophobia sweeping across our country. On the same day, anti-Islam extremists will hold an “anti-Sharia” rally in NYC as part of a coordinated effort in 23 other cities. Gather with hundreds (or thousands) of inclusive, tolerant and patriotic New Yorkers to show our love for the Muslim community. This rally/march is a positive, love-filled event—a declaration of the inclusivity and acceptance for which our city and nation truly stand.
