Don’t miss the action of harvest season! The Harvest Season Immersion Tour focuses specifically on the details of production at an urban winery during the busiest time of year. If you have not yet visited Brooklyn’s Premier Winery, this tour will be a great introduction to our facility as we hone in on some of the more technical aspects of the winemaking process, such as fermentation techniques, large equipment, and the aging process.
