Dance Fit with Rayvynne

$15Come dance your way to a healthier body with Certified Group Fitness Instructor, Rayvynne.
Dance Fit with Rayvynne (D.F.R) classes are a fusion of aerobics, dancehall, soca/chutney, belly-dancing and twerking/booty popping.
Dance Fit with Rayvynne is a fun way to tone and twerk your way to a total body workout, burning 300 – 800 calories.
Class duration: 45 minutes and classes are on Tuesdays from 7:15pm – 8:15pm.
Class starts off with a warm-up followed by stretching, then dance fitness routines and a cool down.
Classes are beginner to intermediate.
Bring water, a flag to represent your country, towel and knee pads.
