🌏 The first treehuggers of India protected their forests from commercial logging, preserved subsistence foraging practices, and organized hill women across the Himalayas against deforestation in the 1970s.

🏔️Our menu is inspired by regional Uttarakhand cuisines and charts the Chipko movement course by course featuring @burlapandbarrelsingle origin spices. Everything is ✨vegan✨ and can be GF! Served family-style and eating with your hands is encouraged. 🙂
