Together we will get moving, revitalizing our relationships with our bodies by deepening our awareness and knowledge of self. This class is both sweaty and contemplative. In community we will heal, strengthen, and find stability, joy, and breath. Modifications, verbal cueing, and consensual touch feedback will be provided.

Registration is optional so we can send you updates and classes are free, but if you can spare a donation of any amount between $0 and $15 (payable via Venmo @freeskewl) that would be greatly appreciated.
