This Easter, try something different. Forgo the standard brunch and dig into a traditional Scandinavian smorgasbord at Bornholm (138 Smith Street, Brooklyn, 917.909.0850, www.bornholm.nyc), an authentic Danish restaurant in the Cobble Hill area of Brooklyn.

Available on Saturday and Sunday (April 15th and 16th), the dinner buffet begins at 6:30 p.m. and is $59 per person. Guests will enjoy herring, salmon, shrimp, medisterpølse (sausage), Danish meatballs, tartlets with chicken stew, lamb and other Danish dishes. Dessert and coffee or tea are included.
