A pornographic elegy with redeeming social value, “Jerker” traces the intimate relationship that develops between a secretive Vietnam vet and a scrappy young man. Set in 1985 via 20 phone calls–many of them dirty–it’s a queer hymn to the men of San Francisco, and the generations that followed.

Featuring Linus Ignatius & Joe MacDougall. Directed by David Drake, this staged-reading series revisits a classic LGBT theatrical piece, shining a light on them for a new generation.

Tickets are $15 and can be purchased at https://gaycenter.org/queerstages
Tickets include admission to the show and complimentary post-show reception.
