BOSTON BLARNEY BLOWOUT is back and better than ever! This year, we celebrate St Patrick’s day on Friend Street with a Blarney Blowout BLOCK PARTY at 4 major bars near the Garden.
Three years ago we drank so much beer they had to shut down the bar because they ran out of beer. Remy’s was not ready for us. The next year we moved across the street to the Baseball Tavern. Tickets went so quick we had to expand to other bars in the area.
Two years, over a thousand people came out to celebrate UMass’ favorite holiday with everyone’s favorite band, The Guitar Dudes.
Last year we sold over 2500 tickets, we had 3 BIG bars on board to accommodate us all. Blarney Blowout has grown from an enormous reunion, to the biggest St Patrick’s Day party in the city.
With Blarney Blowout dead in Amherst, we continue the tradition here in Boston. We have added Causeway, and plan to add a few more bars between now and March to grow this event even bigger! Looking forward to seeing everyone there !!
