Laurel Nakadate, Leslie Lohman celebrates Pride

MoMA PS1 presents the first large-scale museum exhibition of works by Laurel Nakadate, an artist known for her videos, photographs and films. Laurel Nakadate: Only the Lonely, on view through Aug 8, debuts a new series of photographs and also features works made over the last 10 years addressing voyeurism, loneliness and the manipulative power of the camera.

The Leslie/Lohman Gallery celebrates Pride with Window Project #6: Portraits by Clarity Haynes and Cyndy Warwick, on view through the end of June. The artwork, viewable from the exterior of the gallery at street level, brings LGBTQ artists to a public domain and tackles issues of sex, gender, identity, pop culture and more.
