The Very Best of NYC Music

Mary Bridget Davies, Rachael Sage, Betty and Meghan Trainor!

Let the star of Broadway's A Night with Janis Joplin, Mary Bridget Davies, rock your face off! Her Feb 9 show at B.B. King’s is sure to be a rockin’ knockout, but don’t be late: the venue is first-come, first-seated. Come early to get the best seats and vantage point.

We’re just gonna say it: we love Rachael Sage. This amazingly talented New York alt-pop singer returns to Joe's Pub on Feb 10 for a one-night-only Valentine's concert extravaganza. Sage's previous "themed" concerts in New York City have earned her an excellent reputation as a colorful and entertaining performer. If you’re in town this Valentine’s week, be there!

On Feb 20, the ever-awesome Betty is playing Joe’s Pub for their anniversary concert, unaptly called “29 Years, Enough Already!” (No, Betty, it’s not enough!) And it’s hard to believe, but it’s their very first anniversary party in nearly three decades. From spoken word to a'cappella to roof-raising rock, this harmony-singing and songwriting group entertains the beejeezus out of audiences while helping to raise money for positive social change.

Meghan Trainor is all over the place these days, and we’re super-excited that she’s playing right here in Gotham on Mar 13 and 15. Catch this stop on her That Bass Tour with special guest Sheppard at Irving Plaza. And wear comfortable shoes, as there are no seats. You’re sure to be dancing anyway! (But in case you can’t make it, we hope you are heading to The Dinah in April…she’s one of the headliners!)
