Bloom, The World’s Largest LGBTQ+ Fashion Show, Returns Tonight At The Brooklyn Museum

“It’s about that time!”

The seventh annual queer fashion show, Bloom, presented by dapperQ, kicks off tonight at the Brooklyn Museum. 

The show, which is part of New York Fashion Week, will be hosted by Azure Antionette and features designs by DEVONATION, FreeMen by Mickey, Hesta, LANDEROS NEW YORK, LLESSUR NYC, Stuzo Clothing, THUY Custom Clothier, and Transguy Supply. It is sponsored and presented by queer style magazine dapperQ and will also feature drinks provided by Henrietta Hudson

Bloom returns this year after a two-year hiatus. It is the largest LGBTQ+ fashion show in the world, and will feature a diverse cast of 70 models from across the LGBTQ+ spectrum. 

“Join us as we slay the runway with a collection like no other!” wrote Stuzo Clothing in a message posted on Instagram. “Shop your favorite looks and enjoy some new ones exclusively at the show!”

“It’s about that time as @lizzo would say!” wrote LLESSUR NYC, who will be showing their Volume III collection,  in a message posted to Twitter.

The show begins at 8:15 in the Beaux-Arts Court on the museum’s third floor. Doors open at 6 p.m. for a sip & shop event. The after party kicks off at 10 p.m.

Tickets cost $16 ($14 for members) and are available online through the Brooklyn Museum. Proof of Covid vaccination is required for entry. See you there!
