Ariana Grande to Headline NYC Pride

Chart-topping pop artist to wrap-up Pride Week at Dance on the Pier

NYC Pride has announced that Ariana Grande will be headlining the 29th Dance on the Pier on Sunday, June 28 at Hudson River Park's Pier 26. "We are delighted to welcome Ariana Grande to one of the world's top-tier LGBT events," said Dance Director Jose Ramos. "Dance on the Pier is a highly-anticipated part of Pride, thanks in part to amazing DJs and incredible performers. This year will be no different."

Grande, the pop diva that brought us "Love Me Harder," "Bang Bang," "Problem," and "Break Free," will be joining a long list of historic artists who have graced the stage at this event, including: Whitney Houston, Cher, Demi Lovato, Jennifer Lopez, Jennifer Hudson, Janet Jackson and more! Now in its 29th year, Dance on the Pier serves as the largest fundraiser for NYC Pride. Proceeds support NYC Pride's annual events and allow the organization to provide more than $45,000 in grants to local LGBT community groups each year.

Prior to Grande's performance, DJs Ralph Rosario, The Cube Guys, and Wayne G will keep the crowd of almost 10,000 dancing and as always, Dance on the Pier will close with a fabulous fireworks display by Pyro Engineering, Inc. This historic event never fails to deliver and this year promises to be bigger and better than ever!
