Move over, Kardashians—Davone and Tiffany’s incredible “Diamond Winter Wonderland” wedding could put those Hollywood nuptials to shame (and last longer!). On December 23, 2011, the two Queens residents were married at the Coral House on Milburn Lake in Baldwin, NY in a ceremony for the ages. Guests entered into a custom-designed ballroom adorned with diamonds and crystals, washed in blue up-lighting for dramatic effect. The canopy was dressed with white flowers, white branches, snow and garlands. As the bridal parties walked down the aisle, the emotion and love in the room was tangible. “Our personalized vows made our guests cry tears of joy,” says Davone. “I felt complete at that very moment. My dreams were coming true and I was finally marrying my best friend. Our hearts would be meshed by our vows in front of God.” Calling it their “big day” would be an understatement. The couple believes that with a little communication and compromise, anything is possible—including having their ceremony featured on the TLC series Four Weddings. Keep an eye out for the episode airing during the 2012 holiday season.
