Outfest Fusion LGBT People of Color Film Festival — Outfest is the most prominent LGBT film festival in the world, and Outfest Fusion is their mini festival celebrating LGBT people of color specifically. This festival takes place from Friday, March 6 through Tuesday, March 10. There are a ton of film screenings and workshops going on all weekend long, so browse the program to find something that piques your interest!

Friday

Gay Asstrology Pisces Season at The Satellite (1717 Silver Lake Blvd.) at 9 p.m. — Gay Asstrology is back! This month is Pisces themed, which means Pisces get in free all night long. For everyone else, it’s $10 after 10 p.m. Gay Asstrology takes place every first Friday.

Saturday

Them Fatale: Latin Lovers at Redline DTLA (131 E. 6th St.) at 6 p.m. — Them Fatale, a drag king show, is putting on this special ~Latin lovers~ themed edition with performances by Johnny Gentleman, Manny Oakley, Vico Suave, Tito, Trey, Vik Floyd, and Vod Sinclair. Proceeds will support the LGBT community in Puerto Rico.

QTYPE Magazine Release Party at A+D Architecture and Design Museum (900 E. 4th St.) at 7 p.m. — The 2020 volume of QTYPE magazine is the Fashion Edition, featuring a range of LGBTQ+ designers, influencers, and bloggers in L.A. with a focus on creatives of color. Celebrate with them at this release party, where you’ll get a free print copy of the issue. Tickets are $15.

Sunday

Queer Mindfulness at East Hollywood Meditation Center (4300 Melrose Ave.) at 1 p.m. — This bi-monthly meditation group is solely for LGBTQ-identifying people. It includes a 30-minute guided meditation as well as a talk and discussion group.
