As a business, career and personal women’s success coach, Courtney Parks has been teaching women how to “love their work and live their lives” for the last 12 years.
“I started my career in psychotherapy and, while I was a natural at it, I was burning out fast,” Parks said. “I really wanted to help women in a more positive way …so I created a vision of what that would look like and found out it already existed as coaching. When I took my first coaching class it felt like the heavens opening up–I knew I’d found my passion and I’ve adored my work ever since.”
Parks has a master’s degree in Counseling Psychology from Northwestern University, a certification from the Coaches Training Institute and years of personal study in Spirituality and Law of Attraction. She says her clients work in all areas, “span[ning] from creatives to consultants to C-suite executives.”
“I’m inspired, more than anything, by seeing my clients transform,” she said. “It blows me away to watch women take huge leaps to create the career and life they want most and to navigate all the inner and outer challenges that show up along the way. I feel really blessed to be part of that process and witness true women’s empowerment in action.”
