Michel refused to date Natasha when they first met through mutual friends.

“Natasha was 18 years old and approached me,” Michel said. “She was so young, I kindly told [her] once she turns 21, come and see me.” And on Natasha’s 21st birthday in 2007, she returned. The two married four years later, surrounded by their families.

“Natasha’s father walked her down the aisle, and we had a joint [bachelorette] party,” Michel said.

The two then moved to Atlanta, creating their company Community Chef Center, LLC “where we teach youth in the community about eating healthy and living healthy” through both cooking and educational components.

“We are a wonderful team,” Michel said. “We have very strong communication skills with each other. There is no dominating person in our relationship. We are very honest and outspoken with each other about how we feel and how things can be different and what has to be done to make things different.”

“My favorite thing about my love Michel is she is very patient and showers me with love and kindness every day,” Natasha said, adding that she loves Michel’s sense of humor. Michel’s favorite thing about Natasha is that “she loves me unconditionally and lets me be my goofy self despite our age difference.”

Besides growing their business, they hope to add to their household in a few months time.“We [would] love to welcome a new edition to the Tyson Family,” Michel said. “In five years, we plan on taking our child to
