Stephanie Gibbons
Gibbons began her career in 1981 as a radio producer/reporter in Oxford, Ohio, worked her way up to Creative Director at Showtime Networks’ in-house ad agency, and ultimately to Senior Vice-President of Advertising and Promotions at Showtime. Gibbons joined FX Networks in 2004 as Executive Vice President of Marketing and On-Air Promotions, and was named one of POWER UP’s 10 Amazing Gay Women in Show Business in 2006. She considers herself lucky to have been a part of the integration of the gay lifestyle into the natural landscape of life. Gibbons and her partner of eight years live in Los Angeles with their dog and two cats. “I’m pretty much a workaholic,” she says. “I’ve been blessed to work on some things that have made history in our community.” –DP
