Amy Borsetti

Amy Borsetti is a leader: Part of the reason LinkedIn has become a household name over the past few years, she now heads the Enterprise Sales team for LinkedIn’s Learning Solutions business in North America. And as a leader, Borsetti tells us that being open about her sexuality and the family she’s lovingly cultivated has empowered her to be a more effective one. “My beautiful wife and two little girls are my greatest source of inspiration. Seeing the world through the eyes of my girls inspires me to be the change I want for them and helps me be a much better leader.” It’s also helped those around her bring their authentic selves to work by creating a safe and welcoming work environment.
